Vbrush Studio’s Mindful Mandala Workshops offer a unique wellness experience designed to support employee engagement, workplace wellbeing, and team connection. Through the calming and creative process of mandala art, participants are encouraged to slow down, focus, and express themselves while building meaningful connections with their colleagues.

No artistic experience is required, making this workshop accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Participants leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and proud of creating their own meaningful artwork to take home.

Workshop Details

• Duration: 2-hour guided Mindful Mandala Art Workshop
• Artwork: Each participant creates their own 6-inch mandala
• Materials: All materials included (nothing to bring)
• Experience Level: No prior art experience required
• Focus: Mindfulness, relaxation, stress relief, and creativity
• Take-home: Completed mandala artwork by each participant

Group Size & Venue

A group size of 6–12 participants is ideal, creating an intimate and connected experience for your team.

Workshops can be hosted at:

• A local library or community meeting space
• Any suitable venue with table space and good lighting

We will work with you to select the best option based on your team’s location and requirements.

How to Book

Booking your Mindful Mandala Workshop is simple:

1. Get in touch – Reach out via email or inquiry form with your interest and questions
2. Discovery call – We discuss your goals, preferred dates, group size, and customization needs
3. Confirm details – Once finalized, a booking confirmation and invoice will be shared
4. Secure your date – A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking (balance due on workshop day)
5. Workshop day – All materials are brought and set up; your team simply arrives and participates
6. Take home – Each participant leaves with their finished artwork and a sense of calm and creativity

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the workshop: full deposit refund
• Cancellations within 15 days: deposit is non-refundable

Rescheduling requests are accepted with at least 7 days’ notice at no additional charge
